# Billing & Subscription

You manage your LeadBoxer plan, payment details and invoices on the **Billing** page. Open it from the profile menu (top right) and choose **Billing**.

{% hint style="info" %}
Don't see Billing in the menu? Your role may not include billing. Ask the owner of your LeadBoxer account.
{% endhint %}

### Choose or upgrade a plan

The Billing page shows the available plans and the credits each one includes. Pick a plan to start a subscription, or click **Upgrade Plan** to move to a bigger one.

Upgrades take effect immediately. For plan prices and what each plan includes, see [LeadBoxer Pricing Explained](/leadboxer/account-and-billing/leadboxer-pricing-explained.md).

### Update payment details and download invoices

Click **Update Payment Details** or **Download Invoices** on the Billing page. This opens the secure billing portal of our payment provider (Stripe), where you can:

* change your credit card or payment method
* update your billing address and VAT details
* download past invoices

### Change or cancel your subscription

1. Open **Billing** from the profile menu.
2. Click **Upgrade Plan** to open the billing portal.
3. In the billing portal, change your plan or cancel your subscription.

Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then you keep your plan and your included credits.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.leadboxer.com/leadboxer/account-and-billing/billing-and-subscription.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
